Returns and Refunds

As we produce custom-printed fabrics, unfortunately, normally we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for incorrect orders. 

The order will be not revokable if your order has been placed exceeding 2 hours, and if the cancellation takes place in 2 hours, we will do a partial refund to you(deduct any charge from the bank). The money will not be refundable if the order is placed over 4 hours. 

Damages / Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: The shipping amount is non-refundable.
